Raymond F. Fox, CEBS, CGBA
CEO

With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Raymond Fox brings a wealth of keen judgment, knowledge and understanding to his profession. As CEO, Sales Agent, and Manager of Fox and Fox, Inc., he is responsible for the sales and management of multiple accounts in specialty fields such as employee benefits, property-casualty, life insurance, and equity retirement. He joined Fox and Fox, Inc. in 1968, and has been instrumental in establishing it as one of the first multi-field insurance agencies in Indiana, and one of the most respected in central Indiana.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Fox is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and a Certified Government Benefits Administrator (CGBA). The CEBS designation has been the most highly respected credential in the benefits industry for over three decades. Nearly 11,000 individuals have earned the designation, and thousands more are actively in pursuit. Maintaining the relevance of the courses in the CEBS Program has always been a top priority of the program sponsors, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Fox is licensed in all of the following product lines: Property-Casualty, Surplus Lines, Life and Health Insurance, Long-Term Care, Variable Annuities, Securities License Series 6, 63. He is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana, President Elect of the Independent Insurance Agents of Central Indiana, and a Past President of the Central Indiana Chapter of CEBS. In addition to his professional affiliations, Mr. Fox is active in his community, having served as Assistant Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 133, as well as an Instructor and Board member of Junior Achievement of Central Indiana.

James L. Fox

Graduated ITT Technical Institute in 1991 with an Associates degree in architectural engineering and technology. Worked six years as a mechanical Designer. Joined Fox and Fox in September 1996 and obtained his property and casualty license as well as life and health insurance licenses that same year.

Miranda Williams

Miranda Williams has been working part-time with Fox and Fox as the receptionist since August of 2005. Miranda is a part-time nursing major at the University of Indianapolis and has two children.
