This service helps identify specific financial service products to help the insured reach a specific goal in terms of risk management or financially for family or business.

• Life Insurance—Provides a benefit to the designated beneficiary in event of death. Products include:

  • Term Insurance—Provides a death benefit for a specific period of time. Premiums can either be refundable or not.

  • Whole Life, Universal, Variable—Usually considered as more permanent forms of life insurance and can be tailored to the needs of the goals of the policy owner or individual.

  • Individual Health & Disability—Medical or disability coverage issued on an individual basis with can contain terms that are broader than those offered on group policies.

  • Long-Term Care—A program that can be coordinated with Indiana state “partnership” plan which allows for significant tax benefits when applying for Medicaid nursing home benefits. Benefits include home health care and nursing home benefits for those unable to perform at least two (2) or the six activities of daily living (ADL’s) including dressing, eating, transferring, toileting, bathing, or other necessary functions.
